The Directors and Management of Tuff Group are committed to ensuring that the Quality Principles, expectations, and systems are the primary consideration for all work conducted on our worksites and in our workplaces. We believe that our workforce, partners and clients deserve the best environment we can provide for the important work that the company undertakes. Therefore our quality assurance principles must be of the highest standard. 

We have a strong and consistent commitment to our Quality Management system. This assures our customers, partners and employees of our commitment to providing quality products, services and installations on every project we undertake. Tuff Group is also committed to continual improvement, driven by this Quality Management system. We undertake regular assessments and audits to ensure this commitment is met.

Tuff Group management sets and reviews this Policy and our Quality Objectives for the business annually. This information is provided to all employees and contractors so that they are clear in what needs to be done to keep these standards in place. 

To support this, Tuff Group have established a regular assessment and audit framework. The results of the audits and assessments are provided to management and key personnel for review and assessment during formal Management Review of the management system. Where necessary and appropriate an adjustment of Objectives and Policies may occur following the review.

Our Quality Policy and Objectives are provided to interested parties where required. We feedback on our Management systems that can assist with our goal of continual improvement. 

In doing this, we have undertaken to ensure that our quality management system will:

  • Be structured and regulated by management
  • Be communicated to our employees
  • Be communicated to our customers
  • Be monitored and measured regularly
  • Be reviewed regularly to ensure its suitability to our fast-paced business.
  • Provide the resources and support to our people to support their endeavours to maintain the quality management system
  • Provide training and information for our people
