As a result, we have made a strong commitment to ensuring that we train and develop Tuff Group staff to give them the skills and knowledge required to be an expert in the industry. Of course its possible that some of our staff may leave and go to our competitors. However, our commitment is to raise the standard of the industry and we believe very strongly in doing our part to achieve this.
Tuff Group staff development includes on the job training in addition to specific sessions where we bring staff into our head office warehouse and our experienced team leaders demonstrate a wide variety of skills.
